How Lantern Works

Your Lantern experience starts with a call to your Care Advocate. Here's what to expect when you connect:

  • Your Care Advocate will ask you about the procedure you need and explain how your benefits work, including how much you can save.
  • You'll be matched with top surgeons in Lantern's network.
  • After you choose a surgeon, your Care Advocate will help you schedule appointments, request your medical records, and answer your questions.
